This house was built as a spec home on 2017 to showcase what intelligent architecture and practical functionality looks like with a privileged view. The required disposition of the neighboring homes and its custom-landscaped garden leaves unobstructed views to Tamarindo.

A small footpath in the rear of the home leads to the surrounding forested nature with easy access to its landscape. The trees create a microclimate that bring cool breeze to the house from the north east and its backyard and infinity view were designed for southwest-facing views as far as Playa Langosta.
