Located in the Southwest sector of our neighborhood, La Sabana (Savanna) was the first phase of development aimed to deliver a rural appeal with large plots of land comprising 26 Ecological Quintas. Ranging from 1.2 to 2.26 acres (5,001m to 9,154m), the subdivision offers immediate vicinity to the walking nature trail, organic garden, and main entrance to Playa Grande.

The mission of Las Ventanas of preserving our 380 acres of land started here, with a commitment to low density development and a connection to nature. Spacious single-level interiors extend into the grassy plains showcasing an abundance of wildlife – from roadrunners to pisotes (coatis), to Costa Rica’s famous Howler monkeys and our free-range Costa Rican horses.
